Personal Training.
One-on-One Coaching. Zero Guesswork.
At ARC, personal training is about precision. Whether you’re training for fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, or long-term wellness, our expert coaches create customized programs designed to meet you exactly where you are—and take you where you want to go.
Every session is informed by your movement, your goals, and your capacity. We use tools like the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to assess how your body moves before we build your plan—ensuring safe, smart, and effective progression.
From building strength and coordination in kids to improving mobility and balance in seniors, our programs are tailored to every stage of life. Sessions are progressive, low-impact where needed, and adjusted to ensure consistency and growth—whether you’re 8, 28, or 80.
Do I need to be fit before starting personal training?
Not at all. We work with beginners, experienced athletes, and everyone in between. Your program is built around your current fitness level and movement ability.
Is personal training only for body transformation?
No—our personal training covers a wide range of goals including strength building, athletic performance, mobility improvement, post-rehab support, and general wellness.
Do you offer training for kids or older adults?
Yes. We offer specialized, FMS-informed programs for children and seniors that are low-impact, progressive, and tailored to age-specific needs.
How long is each session?
Each session is approximately 60 minutes and includes warm-up, main workout, and cooldown/recovery work.
Can I do personal training without an ARC gym membership?
Yes. You don’t need to be a member to purchase a personal training package. However, access outside of scheduled sessions requires a gym pass or membership.
How do I book my sessions?
Once you purchase a package, your sessions are scheduled in advance with an ARC coach based on your availability and goals.
