What is Functional Movement Screening (FMS)?
FMS is a movement assessment that helps identify limitations or imbalances in mobility and stability. It allows us to predict potential injury risk and build more effective, safer training programs.
Is FMS only for athletes?
No, FMS is useful for anyone—whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer. It helps tailor your training to your current movement quality.
Do I need to be a member to book an assessment?
No. All Testing & Analytics services, including FMS, InBody, and Elite Assessments, are available to both members and non-members.
What’s the difference between InBody, Fundamental, and Elite assessments?
InBody is a quick body composition scan only. Fundamental Physical Assessment includes posture and flexibility analysis. Elite Performance Assessment is a comprehensive 3-session diagnostic covering performance, strength, and recovery metrics.
